Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CardSeeker, a trading card vendor and store management platform operated by Digivide Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using CardSeeker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to a paid plan. If you are under 18, you may only use the free plan with the consent of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

What CardSeeker provides

CardSeeker provides tools for trading card vendors, independent stores, and event organisers, including inventory management, live eBay pricing data, a deal calculator, event hosting, and revenue tracking.

We provide eBay pricing data as a guide only. Prices reflect recent eBay UK sold listings and may not reflect current market conditions. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data and accept no liability for commercial decisions made on the basis of it.

The platform is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep CardSeeker available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during planned maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Free plan and paid subscriptions

CardSeeker offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Vendor Pro and Store Pro).

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Founding member pricing — founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of your subscription, provided your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Price changes — we may change the price of paid plans with 30 days' notice. Founding member rates are exempt from price changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CardSeeker to:

Store or process data that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

Use automated means to access the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Provide false or misleading information about your business or inventory.

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

The inventory, pricing, and business data you enter into CardSeeker belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

You can export your inventory data at any time via the CSV export feature. On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days.

By using CardSeeker, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data for the purpose of providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

Intellectual property

The CardSeeker platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Digivide Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of it without our written permission.

The CardSeeker name and logo are trademarks of Digivide Ltd.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Digivide Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of CardSeeker, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or commercial losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of CardSeeker after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
