What is CardSeeker?
CardSeeker is a UK-based searchable inventory system for trading card vendors and stores. A vendor lists their stock once — from a phone, by bulk scan or CSV — and it becomes searchable, so buyers can find who has the card they need before they reach the table. Vendors also price cards with live eBay UK listing data, calculate buy prices before committing stock, track revenue per show, and run events with a digital floor plan. Store owners get the same inventory and pricing tools plus store discovery and loyalty features. CardSeeker supports Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, and sports cards.
How does live eBay pricing work?
CardSeeker fetches live prices from the current eBay UK listings for each card and finish variant (non-holo, reverse holo, holo, first edition, and more), settling on a fair middle-ground figure for the card's condition. Prices update in real time — not from a static price guide that can be weeks out of date. The deal calculator uses these live prices so you can set a buy-percentage target and see your offer and the card's worth add up as you work through a pile. You always know your margin before you commit.
Does CardSeeker work offline at events?
Yes. CardSeeker is a Progressive Web App built with offline-first functionality. Your full inventory, cached card prices, event details, and binders are all available without an internet connection — which matters at UK card shows where Wi-Fi is non-existent and mobile signal cuts out in large venues. When you reconnect, the app syncs automatically.
What trading card games does CardSeeker support?
CardSeeker currently supports Pokémon TCG (English and Japanese sets), Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece TCG, Disney Lorcana, and sports cards. Card sets, set logos, and card images are pulled from TCGPlayer and other authoritative sources. New games and sets are added regularly — if your game isn't listed, get in touch.
How much does CardSeeker cost?
CardSeeker has a free plan with no credit card required, which covers full inventory management, event hosting, AI scanning, CSV import and export, and offline access — free forever. Vendor Pro and Store Pro are £19.99/month, with a founding rate of £5/month locked forever for the first 50 subscribers. The first 10 founding members also get a free website showing their live CardSeeker stock.
How is CardSeeker different from using a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet doesn't know what your cards are worth today. You can't scan a pile of cards into a spreadsheet. It doesn't produce a show receipt you can review after the event, track your profit per card, or work without signal. CardSeeker does all of that — and it lives on your phone, so your whole stock travels with you. The deal calculator alone typically saves vendors from under-offering on buys because they're guessing instead of checking a live price.
